This repository contains the code used to analyze the data that supports the findings from the following publication:

The code consist of 7 python script files: The Main_script, which calls the 6 additional files in the following order: Import_data, Sort_data, Perform_pca, Perform_clustering, Compare_clusters, Descriptives.
The data used for this study is not publicly available due to data and privacy regulations of the Danish Defence.
