Tifffile imagecodecs

Update the versions of imagecodecs and tifffile. Previously, we required a specific combination of these two libraries: tifffile==2023.8.12 and imagecodecs==2023.7.10. However, this constraint no longer seems necessary, as indicated by the setup.py file of tifffile. The extras_require['codecs'] section specifies imagecodecs>=2024.12.30, suggesting that newer versions are now supported.

As a result, both libraries have been updated to their latest versions: imagecodecs==2024.12.30 and tifffile==2025.1.10.
